Mohammad Al Wahibi was born in Tabaraia in 1947, he studied at the Damascus College of Fine Arts where he began working in engraving and printmaking. This multi-stepped process with specific tools, machines, chemicals, ink and paper was an uncommon medium at the time for artists in Syria.
