Faraj Daham was born in Doha in 1956. He graduated from the Higher Institute for Dramatic Arts, Kuwait in 1984 with a degree in theatrical set design. In 1988, he completed his MFA at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Faraj lives and works in Doha.
